Yin Wu (General Manager)
Yin Wu has received his Ph.D. in electrical and electronic engineering from Newcastle University in
the UK, having more than 25 years of experience in academic and industrialization in the field of
wireless communications. He has been a project manager and expert for nearly 6 years in the world’s
top communications companies such as Huawei Technologies and ZTE. Dr. Yin has obtained more than 50
authorizations of IoT invention patents and utility model patents, and most of them have been
applied. Dr. Yin is a senior visiting scholar at the CCSR Research Center of the University of
Surrey (ranked as the top European communication research) and holds the post of a member of
European 5G Internet of Things Advisory Board.
In addition, Dr. Yin has also served as the deputy secretary general of the Guangdong Internet of
Things Industry and Research Alliance and the director of the Agricultural Environmental Protection
Committee. His team has achieved many successful cases in the field of IoT agriculture and started
to industrialize them, for example, aquaculture, animal husbandry and greenhouse cultivation. He was
elected as a member of the United Nations Agricultural IoT Expert Group at the United Nations
Conference on Agricultural IoT, and also has held senior expert positions in many provincial and
municipal institutions.
Zhao Bin
He is the professor and doctoral tutor of School of Life Sciences, Fudan University, the deputy
editor of Wetlands magazine of the American Wetland Association, the director of the National
Positioning Observation and Research Station of Shanghai Chongming Dongtan Wetland Ecosystem, the
executive director of Shanghai Ecological Society and director of Shanghai Ocean and Limnology
Society.
He graduated from the Department of Environmental Science of Nanjing University in 1992, obtained
his master’s degree from the Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1998, and
received his Ph.D. from Hiroshima University in Japan in 2003. He was selected as the member of the
“New Century Excellent Talent Support Program” by the Ministry of Education in 2006. He has long
been engaged in research on greenhouse flux monitoring, environmental remote sensing, big data in
ecological environment, ecological informatics and biodiversity information management, having
professional skills in remote sensing image processing, CR data acquisition, micro-meteorological
field measurements and water chemistry analysis. He is one of the first people to participate in the
construction of the Chinese Academy of Sciences’ public communication network and the start-up phase
of the Chinese Science Database.
Zhang Jinna (deputy director of marketing)
She is the master of Science in Electronic Commerce from Newcastle University, UK. During her tenure
at Shenzhen Wissea Electronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd., her main work direction is the design,
planning and implementation of projects. She has participated in 2 national projects and 3 local
projects. She also has applied for 3 patents of invention(first trial), 3 patents of utility model
(first trial).

5. The design planning and implementation of the Dongguan Smart City Project of the Kuang-Chi
Institute of Advanced Technology.
